John's Lean background stems from GE Six Sigma certifications ~20years ago and more contemporary Danaher Business System ~10 years ago. Despite being conditioned in Aerospace, Defense, MedTech, and Life Sciences, the practice is industry agnostic and applies to physical and/or digital products.
His practice is process-oriented, so a certain level of maturity or 'readiness' is required in the client. The project management methodology is hybrid Agile-Waterfall, allowing uncertain development to dovetail into robust business planning. The practice starts with building an analytical Product Roadmap then effectively managing the daily tactics & people to achieve it.

John was a top executive of PHC Group, leading M&A and Product activities in a global MedTech & Life Sciences company, when they listed publicly (IPO) on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) raising $643M USD. It was the largest listing of a MedTech company on the TSE in the past 10 years.
