Depending upon findings, agreement is reached on areas to concentrate on. Assistance is provided in all areas of starting up and running a software or hardware company. The focus is on market and customer-facing activities, including marketing mix items such as pricing, promotional strategy, product planning, sales and channel strategy, international, etc. Services are billed on a flat fee, quarterly basis, and are value-based, not time-based.
